Version 1.1.0 adds Falling Letters, straight-key rhythm practice, a daily set, achievements, and character mastery to make Morse learning more motivating—alongside safe guidance for signaling, reception, and Family Safety Station.

Previously paired devices at close range can exchange encrypted statuses while MorseAid remains in the foreground. Internet is not required, but local Bluetooth and wireless connectivity must be available.

Important: An SMS status card is unencrypted plain text. Do not include medical records, ID numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information. Closing the composer does not prove delivery or that family read the message.

The Koch method starts with a small character set at near-practical character speed, adding new characters after mastery so you learn rhythm instead of counting dots and dashes.

Characters keep a clear, practical rhythm while extra spacing between characters and words gives beginners time to recognize them. Spacing decreases as skill improves.

Training progress stays on the device. Starting the daily plan does not overwrite speed, question-set, or other custom practice settings.

First-release scope: A family consists of this device and one paired device. To replace it, swipe left on the current member, remove it, and pair the new device.

Buttons under Settings → Sources hand a public HTTPS URL to your default browser. No additional iOS permission is required. MorseAid does not load, record, or analyze your browsing inside the app. External sites handle connection data under their own privacy policies.

Emergency-card fields, daily training progress, message templates, Family Safety Station data, preferences, and signal history stay on the device. Delete individual or all history in the app; deleting the app removes its app-container data. Device private keys or pairing keys in iOS Keychain may remain after deletion. To revoke a pairing first, swipe left on the member, remove it, and then delete the app.

No. It does not call, send an online alert, or notify responders. Sending SOS does not mean anyone received it.

The free core works offline. Buying, restoring, and initially loading App Store product information require Apple services.

Check permissions, make sure another app is not holding the sensor, and relaunch MorseAid. If it persists, report the device model and iOS or iPadOS version.
