MorseAid is designed without accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or a developer server. This policy explains how the app and this support website handle data.

Under Apple’s App Store privacy definitions, MorseAid is intended to declare “Data Not Collected” and “No Tracking.” You may still store data locally, present it to others, or export it deliberately, as explained below.

Microphone and camera

- The microphone is used only after you explicitly start the audio Morse receiver.
- Audio samples are held temporarily in memory for local signal classification. Raw audio is not written to files or uploaded.
- The camera is used only after you explicitly start the optical Morse receiver or a QR scanner.
- Frames are reduced in memory to center-region brightness samples. Photos and video are not saved or uploaded.
- Active sensor work stops when the app moves to the background.
位置資料
Location data

MorseAid requests When In Use location only after you tap the location button on the emergency card or Family Safety Station. It never requests Always access and does not track location in the background.

A location added to an emergency card or family status contains coordinates, acquisition time, and horizontal accuracy and is stored in the app’s local container. Family-status location resets to off for each update. The app does not transmit or broadcast it automatically.

- Signal history: direction, input/output channel, decoded text, Morse notation, time, duration, confidence, and your notes.
訊號歷史不保存位置、聯絡人、裝置識別碼、原始麥克風音訊、相機照片或影片。免費版與 Pro 的資料都保留在本機；Pro 只是解鎖完整檢視、搜尋、重播、匯出及刪除工具。
Signal history does not store location, contacts, device identifiers, raw microphone audio, camera images, or video. Data remains local in both Free and Pro; Pro unlocks complete viewing, search, replay, export, and deletion tools.
家庭名稱、成員、現況、草稿、交接狀態及防重播標記保存在本機 SwiftData。裝置私鑰與家庭群組金鑰使用 iOS Keychain 的「僅限本裝置、解鎖時可用」保護，不會寫入 QR Code、紀錄或一般資料庫。
Family names, members, statuses, drafts, handoff states, and replay markers are stored in local SwiftData. Device private keys and family group keys use iOS Keychain protection limited to this device while unlocked; they are not written to QR codes, logs, or the ordinary database.

Data you deliberately share or export
- 求救資料卡 QR Code 在裝置端產生，不會傳給開發者，但未經加密。任何能看到 QR Code 的相機都可能讀取內容。
- 選填醫療欄位預設排除；每次展示資料卡時必須由你主動加入。
- Pro 的 CSV 匯出由你啟動。選擇分享目標後，資料處理受該 App 或服務的隱私政策約束。
- 家庭交接 QR Code 經簽章及加密；結構化位置只存在加密內容中，不會印在 QR 旁。人類可讀摘要會顯示姓名、現況、時間、人數及你輸入的留言。
- 簡訊版現況卡是由你要求產生的未加密純文字。精確座標預設排除；若你手動加入並選擇簡訊或分享目的地，資料處理由電信商、收件人及該目的地的政策規範。MorseAid 不保存收件人或簡訊傳送結果。
- 系統分享只在你按下後開啟，目的地由你選擇。取消分享不改變狀態；完成只表示 iOS 接受分享要求，不代表家人收到。

- Emergency-card QR codes are generated on device and are not sent to the developer, but they are not encrypted. Any camera that sees the code may read it.
- Optional medical fields are excluded by default and must be deliberately included each time the card is presented.
- Pro CSV export starts only when you request it. After you choose a share destination, that app or service’s privacy policy applies.
- Family handoff QR codes are signed and encrypted. Structured location remains inside the encrypted payload and is not printed beside the QR. The readable summary shows the name, status, time, people count, and note you entered.
- An SMS status card is unencrypted plain text generated only when you request it. Precise coordinates are excluded by default. If you include them and choose SMS or a share destination, the carrier, recipient, and destination policies govern that data. MorseAid does not store recipients or SMS results.
- The system share sheet opens only when you request it, and you choose the destination. Cancelling does not change message state; completion means only that iOS accepted the request, not that family received it.
- Nearby Family Transfer uses Bluetooth and the local network only after you start it and while the app is in the foreground. Discovery advertisements contain no family name, member name, status, or location. Encrypted packets are exchanged only after both devices verify the same paired family.
- Sound, screen, or flashlight transmission makes your selected Morse content observable to nearby people or devices.

Apple StoreKit and the App Store process MorseAid Pro transactions. The developer does not receive your full payment details, Apple ID password, or card information. The app uses Apple-provided transaction status to determine Pro access and caches verified entitlement state locally.

Retention, deletion, and security
App 容器中的本機資料會保留到你在 App 內刪除、清除全部訊號歷史，或刪除 App 為止。iOS Keychain 中的裝置私鑰或配對金鑰可能不會隨 App 一併刪除；若要先撤銷配對，請在成員列向左滑動並移除成員後再刪除 App。因為 MorseAid 不將這些資料傳給開發者，開發者沒有可代為搜尋、匯出或刪除的伺服器帳戶資料。
Data in the app container remains until you delete it in the app, clear all signal history, or delete the app. Device private keys or pairing keys in iOS Keychain may remain after deletion. To revoke a pairing first, swipe left on the member, remove it, and then delete the app. Because MorseAid does not send this data to the developer, there is no developer server account data to search, export, or delete on your behalf.
本機資料受 iOS 與裝置安全機制保護，但 QR Code、畫面展示、聲光發送或你主動匯出的內容會離開 App 的控制範圍。分享前請移除不必要的個人或醫療資訊。
iOS and device security protect local data, but QR codes, screen presentations, signal transmissions, and deliberate exports leave the app’s control. Remove unnecessary personal or medical details before sharing.

MorseAid 不要求帳號或年齡，也不故意從兒童蒐集個人資料。家長或監護人應協助兒童判斷求救資料卡、位置、醫療欄位、QR Code 與匯出內容是否適合展示或分享。
MorseAid does not request an account or age and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. A parent or guardian should help children decide whether emergency-card, location, medical, QR, or exported content is appropriate to present or share.

若 MorseAid 新增網路服務、分析、廣告、雲端、第三方 SDK、App Group 或自動資料匯出，將在發布前更新本政策、App 的 Privacy Manifest 與 App Store 隱私申報。重大變更會在本頁標示新的生效日期。
Before adding network services, analytics, advertising, cloud features, third-party SDKs, App Groups, or automated data export, we will update this policy, the app Privacy Manifest, and App Store privacy disclosures. Material changes will receive a new effective date on this page.
