📚 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How do I delete a record?

Swipe left on any record in the History view to reveal the delete button. Alternatively, you can long-press a record to select it and tap the delete option.

2. How does Smart Auto-Fill work?

InstantLog analyzes your past records. If you often log "Lunch" at 12:00 PM, the app will suggest "Lunch" when you stamp around that time again. You can also set explicit rules in Settings to customize your auto-fill preferences.

3. Does the app work without internet?

Yes! All data is stored locally on your device. An internet connection is only required for backing up data to the cloud or loading advertisements.

4. How do I backup my data?

Go to Settings > Data Management > Backup & Restore. This is a Premium feature that allows you to export your data for safekeeping and restore it if needed.

5. How do I export a monthly report?

Go to the History tab and tap the export icon in the top left corner. You can generate a CSV file containing all records for the selected month, suitable for Excel or printing. (Premium Feature)

6. Does the Watch App work offline?

Yes! You can log activities on your Apple Watch even without your iPhone or internet connection. The data will automatically sync to your phone the next time they connect.
